Absinthe Alexander

Ingredients
- ¾ oz. Absinthe
- 1½ oz. Crème de Cacao
- 1½ oz. Heavy Cream
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a tiny mint leaf or serve with Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies.
Pleasant minty and herbal notes frame this delightful take on the classic Alexander. Creamy, with a subtle chocolate backbone, this is one fine dessert cocktail, if we do say so ourselves.
