Cinnamon Syrup



  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 4 large Cinnamon Sticks

  • Bring the water and sugar to a boil in a Sauce Pan and stir until dissolved. Remove from the heat, add the cinnamon sticks, and steep until cool (about 45 minutes). Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a clean bottle. Cap and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.

Use this recipe to mix-up a batch of cinnamon syrup for use in the Zombie or other classic tiki cocktails. Cheers!
