Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1 oz. Crème de Noyaux
  • 1 eyedropper Bittercube Bolivar Bitters

  • Add all ingredients, with ice, to a mixing glass. Stir to chill and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

What? Another take on the classic Negroni!?! Of course! We love tinkering with this long time favorite and already have many fun takes on it – like our Boney Negroni and Spumoni Negroni. In this Noyaux Negroni we substitute Crème de Noyaux for the traditional sweet vermouth providing a sweet almond flavor to tackle the botanicals of the gin and rindy bitterness of the Campari. You may order this by saying “No Way, No How!” but when asked if you’d like another, you’ll cry “Yes, please!”
