Basil-Cucumber Gimlet (Pitcher)2014-10-26
- 1 750ml bottle Gin (or Vodka)
- 10 oz Lime Juice
- 12½ oz Basil Syrup*
- 30 Cucumber Slices
- Add all ingredients to a pitcher and chill in the refrigerator overnight. To serve, pour a 4-5 oz measure into a coupe glass and garnish with a cucumber wheel or a small basil sprig (If storing longer than 24 hours, remove the cucumber slices from the pitcher). Yields 10 servings.
