This cocktail is a sweet and sour take on the classic mint julep. The rhubarb’s tartness is a great accompaniment to the smoky-sweet smoothness of the bourbon. A little tap on the mint to release the essence, a big tap on the ice in a Lewis bag to fill your glass, and you’ll be kickin’ your feet up enjoying a hot summer day.
