- 1½ oz Mezcal
- 1 oz unswetened Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz Agave Nectar
- ¼ oz Kummel Liqueur
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- ⅛ tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to Cocktail Shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a Margarita Glass.
- Garnish with a Cucumber or Lime Wheel.
