Run for the Roses2013-08-17
- 4 oz Raspberry Rum
- 6 wedges Lime
- 6 to 8 Rose Petals
- 1 oz Rose Syrup*
- 2 oz Brut Champagne
- In the glass of a Boston Shaker, muddle the rose petals and lime wedges in the rum. Add the rose syrup and shake with ice. Pour into a tumbler, over the champagne.
