This fun and wonderful soda cocktail utilizes our Cola Syrup. Don’t Panic! The Cola Syrup is not difficult to make and we have many other cocktails you can create with it. The Rum & Cola allows you to be a real jerk – a soda jerk, that is – because we’re using acid phosphate to add a refreshing neutral sour and to give this drink a craft soda flavor. Created by us for the April/May 2015 issue of Alcoholmanac magazine, this cocktail is a real winner! Cheers!
