Pal o’ Mine2015-05-21
- 2 oz. Bourbon
- ¾ oz. Dry Vermouth
- ½ oz. Sucanat Simple Syrup*
- 1 eye dropper Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a mixing glass. Stir to chill and strain into a coupe glass or over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Pal o’ Mine is our sweetened-up Dry Manhattan. Its sweet richness comes from the Sucanat Simple Syrup, which has a nice molasses backbone. The deep bourbon notes pair up wonderfully with the citrus-rind tartness of the vermouth and the deep subtle sweetness from the Sucanat Syrup. Mix up a batch of the Sucanat Simple Syrup and make this cocktail along with our Sucanat Sidecar and Sucanat Sazerac. Cheers!
