Oaxacan Rhuby Margarita2013-08-31
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 2 oz Rhubarb Syrup*
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz Cointreau
- ½ oz Agave Nectar
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a Cocktail Shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a Margarita Glass.
- Garnish with a Lime Wheel.

This is a wonderful Margarita! The sweet and tart rhubarb flavors meld perfectly with the Mezcal (Tequila’s smoky cousin), giving this drink tons of interest and character. We named it the Oaxacan Rhuby after Mexico’s principle Mezcal-producing region, and for the beautiful color the rhubarb provides. You won’t be disappointed with this beauty. Enjoy!
