Ingredients
- 2 oz. Lilac Syrup*
- 2 oz. chilled Champagne
- 2 oz. chilled Club Soda
- Pour all ingredients into a Coupe Glass.
- Garnish with Lilac Blossoms.

This delightful, delicate, and sweet early summer cocktail perfect for that summer wedding or to greet your guests with as they arrive at your summertime party. And it’s easy to make! Just 2 oz. of each ingredient – and with everything chilled, there is no need for ice or stirring! In fact, it’s so easy that we teach the first guests arriving how to make it, and they can teach the next guest by making them one, and so on. It’s our take on the elderflower fizz and cousin to that other great early summer cocktail, our rhubarb fizz. Enjoy!
