If a Tree Falls in the Forest…

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Stone Pine Liqueur
- ¾ oz. Rye (100-proof)
- ½ oz. Averna Amaro
- ½ oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 1 Rye-soaked Rosemary Sprig
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a mixing glass. Stir to chill. Drill a ¼“ hole into a large ice cube and insert the rye-soaked rosemary sprig. Add it to a Rocks glass and set it aflame with a match. Extinguish the flame by the straining the cocktail over it.

We created this drink to feature the Stone Pine Liqueur – made from the fruit of the Stone Pine tree which grows high in the Alps.
