Hellfire & Damnation Margarita2013-11-04
- ½ Jalapeno Pepper, coarsely chopped with seeds
- 6 Watermelon Cubes (~ 1” square)
- 3 oz Mezcal
- 1½ oz Fresh Lime juice
- 1 oz Agave Nectar
- Vigorously muddle the jalapeno pepper in the glass of a Boston shaker. Add the watermelon and muddle to express the juice. Add the remaining ingredients, with ice, and shake vigorously. Double strain into a Margarita glass.
- Garnish with a strip of fried bacon or a spicy beef jerky strip.
