Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Cognac
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • ½ oz. Aged Agricole Rum
  • ¼ oz. Grenadine*
  • ¼ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 dashes Bittercube Trinity Bitters (or 2 dashes each of Angostura & Orange Bitters)

  • Add all ingredients, with ice, to a Cocktail Shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime skin curly-cue.

Created by San Francisco’s Thad Vogler, this gem offers up nice richness, from the Cognac, a little edginess from the Agricole Rum, and hints of Christmas spice (cinnamon/cloves) from the Grenadine & Bitters. This is a fun and easy way to get religion! Cheers!
