- 1½ oz Brandy or Cognac
- 1½ oz Gingerbread Syrup*
- 2 oz Heavy Cream
- Shake brandy or cognac, gingerbread syrup and heavy cream in a Cocktail Shaker with ice. Strain into a Snifter Glass.
- Sprinkle crushed Gingerbread Cookies to float.
