This is a delightful flowery variation on the Mint Julep. We love to offer many different types of Juleps at our Kentucky Derby and summer parties. There are many variations to enjoy, such as the Original Mint Julep, the Ginger Julep, and the Rhubarb Julep. Make up a batch of the mint simple syrup to use at parties because it makes mixing up a bunch of these cocktails a breeze! If you want to make this for just yourself, you can always just stir a tablespoon of sugar in with the bourbon and elderflower liqueur, muddle some mint, and enjoy this refreshing delight.
