  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • Muddle the cucumber in the glass of a Boston Shaker. Add the remaining ingredients, with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled Collins Glass or Tumbler and garnish with a cucumber wedge.

Cucumber No. 5 is a delightful cocktail. Tropical, fragrant, and perfumy, you might even be tempted to put a dab behind your ear in order to drive others wild! Inspired by the Chartreuse Swizzle, it marries the herbaceous notes of the Chartreuse with the tropical elements from by the falernum and pineapple juice. Tamed with a bit of cucumber water, this gem is a perfect summertime sipper. Check out our other Falernum cocktails and learn how to make your own Falernum, as well. Cheers!
