Ingredients
- 1½ oz Fernet Branca
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Cola Syrup*
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a Mixing Glass. Stir to chill and strain into an Old Fashioned Glass over a fresh ice cube.

This amazing cocktail is our take on the increasingly popular Fernet and Coke. We use a Homemade Cola Syrup that is light and lively with a lot interest and complexity. You can also use a Coca-Cola Syrup (reduction) that is a simpler option (we have recipes/videos on both). Either of the cola syrups provide a complex and richness of flavor that you won’t get from the Coke. The syrup reins-in the bitter Fernet and allows the pleasant herbal and floral notes to show through, while the lime juice really brings out it’s minty side. This is an interestingly complex and intriguing cocktail that will really draw you in and might have you donning your stirrups and shouting “Yee Haw!”
