Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Cherry Heering
  • 1 oz Orange Juice

  • Shake the whisky, sweet vermouth, cherry heering, and orange juice with ice in a Cocktail Shaker. Strain into a Coupe Glass or Champagne Flute.

  • Garnish with an Orange Twist.

This 1920’s-era classic is named after the book and movie Blood & Sand. It also looks like a bucket full of bloody sand! Fortunately it tastes better.

Don’t let that regret be that you’ve never had a Blood & Sand.
