- 1½ oz. Cynar
- 1½ oz. Crème de Cacao
- 1½ oz. Heavy Cream
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an artichoke leaf or float some cocoa nibs.

One of the favorites of our crazy takes on the Alexander, this cocktail is wonderful! The Cynar provides a grand bitter backbone which marries well with the cocoa and cream, providing subtle notes of coffee and cocoa.
