Amorous Amaro

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Cardamaro
  • ¾ oz Campari
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Grapefruit Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1½ oz Champagne

  • Pour the chilled champagne into a Coupe glass. Add the remaining ingredients, with ice, to a Mixing Glass. Stir well to chill and strain over the champagne.

  • Garnish with Grated Nutmeg.
